Benefits of becoming a Friend

In addition to knowing your money goes straight to the frontline of conservation work, allowing us to campaign for the historic environment, with a SAVE Friend subscription you can enjoy:

  • Discounts on SAVE events, tours and publications
  • SAVE Magazine, published twice a year
  • Access to the SAVE research archives

SAVE’s work is only possible through your generous support. We do not receive any government funding and are 100% independent. Regular monthly or annual subscriptions directly fund our conservation advice and campaigns and enable our educational activities – including publications, events, tours and films.

Together we will fight for remarkable buildings of all ages and types - now and into the future.

Make a one-off donation

Your donation will directly fund our conservation advice and campaigns and enable our educational activities – including publications, events, tours and films.

Become a Patron

SAVE Patrons are individuals who generously give significant donations to the charity, often helping with specific campaigns, appeals or publications. When and where appropriate, SAVE patrons are publicly acknowledged.

SAVE is extremely grateful to all those who support the charity in this way. If you would like to contribute a significant amount to a certain cause please call Leigh Stanford in the SAVE office on 020 7253 3500 or email [email protected]

Leave a Legacy

Leaving a gift in your will to SAVE is a positive way to ensure that our work can continue for years to come.

With professional guidance from your solicitor, writing a will or updating it to include SAVE is straightforward. You will need our registered charity number (269129) and our registered address (SAVE Britain’s Heritage, 70 Cowcross Street, London EC1M 6EJ).

Other ways to give

Give As You Earn: If your employer is registered for Payroll Giving, you can make a regular donation to SAVE without paying tax on it. The donations must be paid through PAYE from your wages or pension, via a deduction before tax but after National Insurance. For more information, please refer to gov.uk/payroll-giving.

Fundraise for SAVE: Could you hold a bake sale with a famous landmarks theme? Or a sponsored walk or cycle taking in all the listed buildings in your area? Email Leigh Stanford at [email protected] to discuss other ways you can help.
