SAVE is looking for a volunteer to help with updating the online buildings at risk database. Under the close supervision of SAVE’s Deputy Director, the volunteer will contact conservation officers at local planning authorities to ask for updates on buildings listed on the register and will draft written updates for the register. The person we are looking for will have a good knowledge of architectural history, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and will be computer literate, punctual and reliable.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can come into our office in Clerkenwell, London for at least one day a week for a period of three – six months, possibly longer. However, this is open to discussion depending on the commitments of the volunteer.
