Each year SAVE holds an annual lecture. In previous years we have had the pleasure of spending an evening with the likes of Micheal Palin, Griff Rhys-Jones, Dan Cruickshank and Bill Bryson.
For the summer 2009 lecture we were entertained by Ptolemy Dean, Architect and TV Presenter, who enthralled us with his enthusiasm for the historic environment and his fantastic drawings of towns and cities around Britain.
We also host a Conservation Book Fair on a bi-annual basis, the next will be in the summer 2010.
The 2010 Book Fair is to be held on 22nd June and will be accompanied by book signings and short talks.
